Event Management

If you want us to fully manage your event, no problem.

You’ll have access to a wealth of technical, logistical and organisation experience both with Ultimate’s direct team and our carefully selected contractors who we have built trusting relationships with over the decades.

With “in-house” a benefits of video and audio recording and editing, artwork, production, timber and metal manufacturing, and hire all done from our premises, you’ll get a lot of added value due to our capabilities in-house - we actually “do the job”.

Small or Massive - Done!

If it’s a small hire of some lighting & props or a full two day themed event, you’ll be looked after with the same passion that has gained Ultimate its reputation.

So if you are hiring an Ultimate DJ for your event, or renting a wireless mic, or a full stage set with technical audio visual requirements and live acts, you’ll have the Ultimate service that always delivers.

Our hire service offers the “dry drop” hire (i.e. you know what you are doing with the equipment) to a fully supervised install and operate service.
